What happens if the customer doesn't like the layout design? Do I have to pay to redo it?
No. You pay for a custom layout that suits your customer. If they don't like the first draft, then we keep working on it until they get what they approve the design.

Can the customer still modify their own site if we hire you for custom work?
All of the content on all of the pages can still be modified by the customer. If they need a custom graphic element changed they will need help doing it. However, this doesn't come up often. We create a template made just for them, and we don't stop until we get it right. So, it's going to be a long time before they want any changes with that. If they do, and need to come back to you, that just gives you repeat business and won't cost them nearly as much as it would if they were to have gone to another website company in the first place. Anything they need to change on a regular basis, they will be able to do themselves.
